All our products are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical difficulties downloading your files, please contact us at jacline1305@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

If you have not yet accessed your download, contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
